If you receive this error after setting up or changing your ClearTunnel certificate settings, then it is probably caused by the Application filter not loading the new settings.

  1. Ensure that your configuration is synchronized with the Config. Storage Server (for Enterprise ISA)
  2. Clear the Alert so you can more easily tell whether it is set again later.
  3. Restart the Microsoft Firewall Service
  4. Re-test the HTTPS page and check the Alerts section.
