To download the latest version of a licensed product, please use the original download link from your receipt email, or contact customerservice@collectivesoftware.com if you no longer possess a copy of that information.
Install the new version on all servers that were running the previous version. Our installers will always offer you the option to preserve your past configuration and automatically migrate it into the new version. If there are new features in the new version, you may still need to configure those.
